Wintery weather (for England in our current, warm climate) has hit Olney in the last week or so. We've been having the most sustained foggy conditions I remember. A day or so ago, we had the most amazing frost - 'Rime Frost' according to my meteorologically astute wife. Here's a photos from the island on the floodplain below our house. Makes you want to curl up in front of a nice fire with a cup of hot chocolate, with LOTS of those little marshmallows sprinkled on top.
